Tinker at dusk

We went to Tinker last night and it was perfect for taking pics! The sun was just setting so it made for the perfect lighting in the background for the flowers :) 

Ducklings have grown! And bumble bee

Ducklings have grown up! I love how they all line up to dry off, too cute :) Getting a pic of the bumble bee was a challenge because he moved quickly so I had to be ready with the camera when he left one flower and follow it to the other and start clicking right away to get the perfect shot :)

Owls and owlettes

Mother (red phase screech owl) and father (gray phase screech owl) with their 2 owlets. I saw them one day in their nest in the tree and then the day after they were out and about but after that I didn't see them again, I'm glad I saw them when I did! They were at Tinker Nature Park in early June. These pictures are some of my favorite pics I've taken!

Mendon Ponds park, Zoo Rd. and Cornell Plantations in Ithaca, NY.

At Mendon we saw a male and female cardinal in the branches which makes a great picture! Zoo rd is new to us and is a great park to walk through, many beautiful trees (with flowers) and flowers! My favorite pic from Zoo rd is the pink cherry blossoms on the tree, very pretty :) Cornell Plantations are beautiful! I've been wanting to take pics of bleeding hearts which we didn't have at home and I finally found many of them here and I'm so happy they turned out well!
